8/1/08 - Mount Ranier National Par, Washington

We got up today to a constant drizzle. We stayed around camp and played a few games. Then we decided to go to the Longmire Historical section of the park and look around. Sometime around 3 pm it started to clear so we took a short hike to Carter Falls. You had to take a log bridge across a stream to get there. After we got back to the beginning of the trail we could see Mt. Rainier. Today the top half was visible and not the bottom half.
